If you prefer not to be tracked, simply do not click text or graphic links in the email, or notify us in accordance with Section 10 (Discretionary Account Information. 3.7. Extent of Information Collected.  Company collects and processes Personal Data as reasonably necessary to provide the Services.  You are not required to provide all Personal Data identified in this Privacy Policy; however, if you do not provide the Personal Data requested, we may be unable to provide some or all of the Services to you.

3.8. Information You Share With Third Parties. This Privacy Policy only addresses information we (or our third-party vendors) collect, not information you share with third parties. Opt-Out.  If you receive bulletins, updates, or other promotional communications or marketing-related materials, we will provide you with the ability to decline -  or “opt-out of” – receiving such communications. Deleting Information.  If you would like to delete all data associated with your account, email us at legal@gobags.com This action is irreversible.  Deleting your account will remove your name and all other Personal Data from our databases.  Please understand, however, that it may be impossible to remove all such information completely due to backups and records of deletions. In addition, if you request deletion of your information, you will be unable to utilize associated features of the site and any associated Services. You may not remove de-identified, anonymous, or aggregate data from our databases.
